A woman suffered serious injuries after a ceiling collapsed on her while she ate at a popular wing restaurant in Orlando, according to a lawsuit.The victim, 25-year-old Dajah Stover, was eating with her child at Flyers Wings & Grill in Orlando on Oct. 6, 2025. The lawsuit alleges that while she was eating, the restaurant’s ceiling collapsed and an AC unit struck part of her head. The child was not injured during the incident.According to the lawsuit, the restaurant owner had actual notice of the need to repair the ceiling for at least two years before the incident. The owner had multiple violations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Food Code.
