DiVosta Homes, a PulteGroup brand of resort-style residential communities, has acquired 62 estate-home lots within the Avenir master-planned community in western Palm Beach Gardens for its newest high-end neighborhood, Orchid Isles at Avenir. Prices will start in the low $2 millions.
Located near Northlake and Panther National boulevards, the exclusive gated enclave will provide an elevated living experience in one of the area’s most desirable places to live.
Buyers will have a choice of four floor plans that will be built on 80-foot lots. Home sizes will start from 3,200 square feet under air with three to five bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and three-car garages. Most of the home sites offer scenic preserve or lake views.
