One Chain of Parks Festival volunteer said this year’s event takes a lot of work to put on.
“It’s a year long preparation. We want this to be such a great community event with art, music, children, and fun. It’s quite the event,” Rosanne Wood said. “I’ve been coming ever since it started. Now that my daughter is in charge of it, I’m really the volunteer, voluntold lady.”
The Chain of Parks Art Festival is this weekend, April 18 and 19. It’s free to the public.
