In less than one month Give Miami Day returns as Miami-Dade’s most powerful demonstration of collective generosity. Early Giving begins November 12, leading up to the biggest giving day on November 20.
Last year’s record-breaking event raised $39.5 million through more than 109,000 donations, supporting over 1,200 registered nonprofits across our county. Since 2012, this annual giving event has channeled more than $100 million directly to organizations serving our communities. With budget cuts and grants being rescinded, Give Miami Day is more important than ever.
For Key Biscayne residents, Give Miami Day represents something particularly vital to our community. Our island’s unique nonprofits rely on this day as their biggest fundraising opportunity of the year. With 100% of donations being unrestricted, nonprofits can allocate funds where they’re needed most, responding to our community’s evolving needs.
