The Key Biscayne Poetry Share program continues its third year with an Earth Day–themed community gathering focused on creativity and environmental awareness.
The opening event, titled “Poetry & Protecting Our Planet,” will take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 18, at Key Biscayne Beach Park, 650 Ocean Drive.
The free, family-friendly program is open to all ages, and encourages residents to connect through poetry while reflecting on sustainability and the natural world.
Presented by Reel Poets Renzo & Raven, the session centers on the theme “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Compost & Create,” encouraging participants to write and share original poems inspired by everyday materials such as paper, glass, plastic and compost. Attendees are also invited to explore broader topics, including the human spirit, current events and the beauty of nature.
Now in its third season, the Poetry Share program continues to blend artistic expression with community engagement, offering an accessible space for residents of all ages to participate.
Overflow parking will be available at the Beach Club. Learn more at @kb.poetry.share on Instagram.
