The Key Biscayne Community Garden will celebrate its first anniversary with a community gathering at 5:30 p.m., on Thursday, April 23.
The Community Garden is located at 650 Ocean Drive.
What began as a simple idea has grown into a shared space where neighbors connect, cultivate fresh produce and build lasting friendships. Over the past year, the garden has become a symbol of collaboration and sustainability on the island, bringing residents together through hands-on work and a shared love of growing.
Organizers invite the community to join the celebration and reflect on a year of progress, connection and growth. The event will highlight how the garden has evolved from its early planning stages, originally introduced ahead of its grand opening, into a popular hub for education, environmental awareness and community engagement.
