There’s an early 20th-century poem that contains a line to the effect of, “The universe will unfold as it should.” Sometimes, though, it comes full circle and a Southside Jacksonville home, sold in March for $875,500, illustrates that concept in more ways than one.
The seller, Gareth Paul Cox, was just the third owner of the home off Atlantic Boulevard in six decades. He purchased the 2,335-square-foot home (located at 1649 E. Brookside Circle) in 2018 and embarked on renovations that steadily expanded, especially as the COVID-19 pandemic took hold.
