American Airlines has started putting tickets on sale for travel between Miami and Caracas, the company said on Monday.
This marks the first direct commercial flights in the seven years since the two countries halted relations.
The flights are scheduled to start April 30, the carrier said in a statement. Tickets can be purchased on the airline’s website or app.
