TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A 19-year-old Quincy man is behind bars as part of a Leon County Sheriff’s Office undercover operation.
Craig Pringle is charged with attempted human trafficking for commercial sexual activity, use of a computer to solicit a minor and unlawful use of a two-way communication device, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Investigators say Pringle tried to “solicit nude images from an investigator portraying a minor.”

He was arrested on April 8 as part of Operation Cupid’s Cleanup and taken to the Leon County Jail, according to law enforcement.
According to LCSO, the operation focused on identifying and helping potential victims of human trafficking while also targeting those profiting from exploitation.
The operation was conducted in February and consisted of detectives posting advertisements on websites known to be used for prostitution and sex trafficking.
