Keystone Agency Partners said Monday it has acquired the 18-person Seibert Insurance Agency of Tampa, Florida.
Seibert will operate under the Keyes Coverage brand, Keystone said in a statement. Keyes Coverage, founded in 1976 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, joined Keystone in 2022.
The transaction marks Keyes’ entry onto Florida’s West Coast, Keystone said.
Keystone is the 31st largest broker of US business, according to Business Insurance’s most recent ranking.
