This year, Visit Jacksonville is offering a co-op to encourage local makers and businesses to apply for the awards.

The deadline to enter the awards is June 1.
Visit Jacksonville will reimburse $50 of the $75 fee to enter the awards. Limit 1 reimbursement per maker/business. This co-op is limited to the first 50 makers/businesses who submit the information to Visit Jacksonville.
When submitting your entry, submit the payment as well. Once you receive your entry confirmation email, send the following to marketing@visitjacksonville.com:
– Entry confirmation email
– Proof of payment
– Completed W9 tax form
– Name and mailing address (if different than what is on the w9 form)
