A man was arrested on Wednesday morning after being accused of impersonating a firefighter at the scene of a fire, according to the Ocoee Police Department. While working to put out a fire at 922 N. Lakewood Ave., Ocoee Fire Department personnel noticed a man dressed as a firefighter, but they did not recognize him. Fire department officials confronted the man and removed him from the scene. Once Ocoee PD arrived, they interrogated the man and eventually arrested him for impersonating a firefighter. This is considered a third-degree felony, according to police.
