April 22, 2026 – Nonprofit Educating Florida’s Future will host a town hall April 30, at the President Barack Obama Main Library (at 3745 9th Avenue N.) from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The organization, created by Pinellas County School Board member Laura Hine, focuses on improving the public education experience. According to a prepared statement, the event will introduce the nonprofit’s “vision and priorities.” Community members will also be able to provide input on the “most pressing challenges and opportunities facing PreK – 12 education.”
