Hialeah dropped down to 6-3 on Thursday, ending the team’s four-game streak of wins. They took a 36-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Killian Cougars. The Thoroughbreds were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in December of 2016.

Hialeah has already played their next matchup, a 38-0 victory against Miami Springs on the 23rd. As for Killian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 55-6 win against Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) on the 24th.
