Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will open a new location April 28 at the Shops at Del Mar in Cape Coral, marking its latest expansion in Southwest Florida. The fast-casual chain, known for its slow-roasted turkey subs, will occupy a roughly 1,500-square-foot space at 327 SW 10th Place, Unit 202. The shop is owned by local entrepreneur Jennifer Cairns, who is launching her first restaurant after a career in retail partnerships. Capriotti’s, founded in 1976, has grown to more than 150 locations nationwide and is known for its in-house roasted Butterball turkeys and signature sandwiches like the Bobbie.”
