PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. – Multiple lanes of the northbound lanes of the Howard Frankland have been blocked for hours Friday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, police activity led to the lane blockage just after 7 a.m.
The two inside northbound lanes heading into Hillsborough County were closed near the hump of the bridge.
Delays have built back to 4th Street in St. Petersburg.
Officials have not said how long the activity may last.
