A warm Saturday ahead with scattered rain chances

  • April 25, 2026

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Meteorologist Cameron Aaron is tracking slightly higher rain chances to kick off the weekend.

Tonight Through Saturday Night

Quiet weather will continue across the region to end the work week. A stray sprinkle is possible to start Friday evening, but we are dry for the overnight. Lows settle in the upper-50s and low-60s under a mostly clear sky. Some patchy fog is possible by Saturday morning.

We are tracking a few changes with the forecast for the last weekend of April. The first half of Saturday looks dry and mild. Highs reach the mid-to-upper-80s under a mix of Sun and clouds.

During the peak heating of the day, we should see some random, pop-up showers and thunderstorms. Some good news, we are not expecting severe weather, but some heavier downpours are possible in spots.

It will not rain for every town, but go ahead and pack the umbrella just in case.

After sunset, the activity will fizzle, and we are mostly quiet for Saturday night. Lows only fall into the low-and-mid-60s.

Drying & Warming

Rain chances are not as high for the second half of the weekend. An isolated shower is possible on Sunday, but most of us are looking dry and warm. Temperatures climb into the mid-and-upper-80s under a mix of Sun and clouds. Lows settle in the upper-50s and low-60s.

It is feeling like summer to start the work week. We are mostly dry and warm on Monday. Highs reach the upper-80s under some sunshine, while lows fall into the upper-50s.

Extended Forecast

The forecast for Tuesday is looking very similar to Monday. We are mostly dry and warm. Temperatures hover in the upper-80s under some sunshine. Lows dip into the low-and-mid-60s.

We may see another weather system for the middle of next week and a few more showers. Highs on Wednesday hover in the mid-80s under a partly sunny sky. Lows bottom out in the mid-60s.
