On Monday, Orlando was torched for 72 points during the first half during a 136-124 road loss against Philadelphia.

All five Orlando starters scored in double figures and were led by All-Star F Paolo Banchero with 32 points. Desmond Bane scored 24 points on 10-for-17 from the field. Franz Wagner added 22 points, four rebounds, and four assists for the Magic.

Pistons Preview

The Detroit Pistons snapped a five-year playoff drought last season and are looking to win their first playoff series since 2008. The Pistons (2-2) rank seventh in the league in defensive efficiency and are allowing 113.8 points per contest. On Monday, Detroit trailed by 22 points at halftime during a 116-95 home loss versus Cleveland.

Former number one overall draft pick Cade Cunningham missed 11 of 14 field goal attempts and led Detroit with 12 points. Ronald Holland II and Tolu Smith scored 11 points each on a combined 7-for-13 from the field. The Pistons turned the ball over a season-high 25 times and shot an ice cold 38 percent.

Magic vs Pistons Pick

Detroit G Jaden Ivey underwent a procedure to relieve right knee discomfort and will be reevaluated in a few weeks.
