GPS data shows Gonzalez arrived at a truck stop in Brevard County, Florida, around 1:21 a.m. on April 17 and rested for several hours. The truck’s GPS indicated that at 7:49 a.m., the vehicle drove south one exit before turning north toward Jacksonville. Shortly after, Gonzalez became unreachable, and the truck was reported missing, according to the report. On April 17, the truck was located in Port Wentworth, Georgia, but Gonzalez was not found. Several vehicles were also missing from the hauler. Three of the missing vehicles have been recovered in Florida, but others, along with Gonzalez, remain unaccounted for. The FBI is requesting photos and video footage from anyone who was in or around the Brevard County Rest Area in Grant-Valkaria between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Friday, April 17. Investigators are specifically focusing on the southern portion of the rest area near the ramp leading back onto Interstate 95 South.
