Jacksonville City Council is scheduled to meet by 7 p.m. today in the Municipal Building, 200 W. Douglas Ave.
The council meeting will be preceded by a 6 p.m. workshop during which council members will hear a presentation by Illinois College engineering class students regarding a Rise Development proposed site layout and discuss renewing a website services agreement including the addition of Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility features with Revize Software Systems.
