Disney posted a second teaser for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2026 on social media this morning — and this one comes loaded with hidden clues pointing to a record-early start date of August 7.
The image is styled as a tarot card titled “The Pumpkin Hour,” showing Magic Kingdom’s train station decked out in Halloween decorations beneath a teal moon, with pumpkins, bats, and spider webs. The Roman numerals at the top read MMXXVI — 2026.
Disney’s caption read: “When the pumpkin hour chimes just right, A clock Unveils secrets within siGht. Check the hands, then coUnt the patch, the harveSt holds the first date to caTch! “
The Clues Hidden in the Image
Disney buried the answer in plain sight across both the image and the caption.
The clock on the train station points to 8 — for August. Count the pumpkins in the image and you get 7. Put them together and you have August 7.
The caption also spells it out if you look at the capitalized letters: A, U, G, U, S, T — August.
Would August 7 Be a Record?

An August 7 opening would push the season earlier than it has ever gone, beating the 2024 record by two days.
What We Know About Tickets
Disney has not yet announced dates or pricing for 2026. Based on last year’s timeline, an official announcement could still come this week around Halfway to Halloween on April 30 or May 1.
For 2025, tickets ranged from $119 to $229 per person, plus tax — a $30 jump at the high end from 2024. Another price increase for 2026 is possible.
Every night of the 2025 season sold out. October 31 went on day one of sales.
A longer season starting August 7 could mean more available nights — but demand has shown no sign of slowing down.
