Classes of 1975, 1976 and 1977 Invite Cavaliers Back for a Memorable Two-Night Celebration of Friendship, Memories and School Pride

Three distinguished graduating classes from Coral Gables Senior High School are coming together this spring for an extraordinary milestone celebration as alumni from the Classes of 1975, 1976 and 1977 reunite for a collective 50-year reunion weekend on Friday and Saturday, May 15–16, 2026.

Former Cavaliers from throughout South Florida — along with many traveling in from across the country — are invited to reconnect with classmates, rekindle lifelong friendships and relive unforgettable school memories during two festive evenings celebrating five decades of Cavalier pride. Organizers say the weekend is shaping up to be one of the largest multi-class Coral Gables High reunions in recent years.

“This is more than a reunion,” organizers shared. “It is a celebration of lifelong friendships, shared experiences, and the special bond that being a Cavalier has created for all of us over the last 50 years.”

Friday Kickoff Gathering at Regatta Grove

Reunion festivities begin Friday, May 15, with a casual waterfront happy hour 4-6:30 p.m. at Regatta Grove. Set against the backdrop of Biscayne Bay, classmates will enjoy cocktails, light bites, music and plenty of time to catch up in a relaxed Miami setting. Tickets are $50 per person, and more than 115 classmates have already registered.

Saturday Evening Dinner Celebration on Key Biscayne

The signature reunion event takes place Saturday night, May 16, at SALT Waterfront Restaurant, where alumni and guests will gather for an evening dinner celebration overlooking the bay. The program includes buffet dinner service, music, dancing, reunion photos, class recognitions and a special tribute to 50 years of Cavalier pride. Tickets are $150 per person, with over 115 classmates already registered. Organizers emphasize that both evenings are intentionally relaxed and casual. “This is Miami,” they note. “Come comfortable, come ready to laugh, and come ready to reconnect.”

Friday Morning Golf at The Biltmore

For alumni looking to start the weekend a little earlier, a limited golf outing is being organized for Friday, May 15, at the historic Biltmore Golf Course. Limited foursomes are available and early reservations are encouraged.

Limited Tickets Available

Due to venue capacity, tickets for both events are limited and expected to sell quickly. Classmates from all three graduating years are encouraged to register soon and share the information with fellow Cavaliers who may not yet have heard about the celebration.
