• Police were called at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday to a disturbance in the 800 block of South Main Street involving a report of a half-naked woman in an apartment foyer. The woman was escorted off the property, according to a police report.
• Police were called at 1:49 p.m. Tuesday to a disturbance in the 100 block of Westminster Street involving a report of a man refusing to leave a resident’s porch. Officers stood by while the two settled the dispute, according to a police report.
• A 57-year-old Jacksonville man was cited on a charge of disobeying a stop sign after his car and one being driven by an 87-year-old Jacksonville woman collided at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday at North Kosciusko and West State streets.
• Two drivers were cited after a three-vehicle crash about 12:50 p.m. Tuesday at Prairie Street and West College Avenue. A 50-year-old Jacksonville woman was going west on West College Avenue when her car and one being driven by a 53-year-old Jacksonville woman collided. The impact of the crash caused the first driver’s vehicle to be pushed into the path of a car being driven by a 71-year-old Jacksonville woman and they collided, according to a police report. The 53-year-old driver was cited on a charge of disobeying a stop sign, according to police. The 71-year-old driver was cited on a charge of having no valid driver’s license, according to a police report.
