Authorities prepare for President Trump to visit North Central Florida

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) — Preparations are underway for a visit from President Donald Trump, who will fly into Ocala on Friday and visit The Villages.

Marion County Sheriff’s deputies could be seen getting ready at the Ocala International Airport on Thursday.

President Trump is set to speak on Friday afternoon at The Villages Charter School.

The president hosted a rally there ahead of the 2020 election. President Trump’s speech is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m.
