Miami, FL – A civil lawsuit filed in Miami is drawing attention to allegations involving a social media personality and a teenage influencer.
According to court filings in Miami Dade County, an 18 year old influencer, identified as Aleksandra Mendoza, has filed a lawsuit against online streamer Braden Eric Peters, also known as Clavicular.
The complaint includes allegations of battery, fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress and unauthorized use of her likeness.
The lawsuit alleges that Mendoza, who was 16 at the time, was paid by Peters to create content and was promoted as part of his online brand.
The filing further claims that Peters arranged travel for her and hosted her at a residence where alcohol was present.
Mendoza alleges that incidents occurred during that time that form the basis of the legal claims.
According to the complaint, Peters allegedly engaged in conduct that caused both physical and emotional harm.
The lawsuit also alleges unauthorized use of Mendoza’s image in connection with online content.
Mendoza is seeking damages exceeding 50000 dollars as part of the civil case.
Peters has denied the allegations. His legal representatives have stated that the claims remain unproven and will be addressed through the legal process.
Court records indicate Peters has previously faced legal issues in a separate matter involving a battery related arrest, though that case is not directly connected to the current lawsuit.
