In the top of the eighth inning of Friday’s game against the San Francisco Giants, Yandy Diaz was replaced by Jonathan Aranda. Diaz left the game due to tightness in his left side. There’s been no mention of when or how the injury occurred.

Prior to exiting, Diaz went 1-for-2 with a home run.

Since Diaz had two plate appearances during the game, he will not be eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
