On Key Biscayne, residents can expect a hot day under mostly sunny skies, with a high around 86 degrees. Temperatures across South Florida are forecast to reach the lower to mid-90s this afternoon, with heat index values in the upper 90s to near 100.
Gusty winds will develop this afternoon, with south winds at 20 to 30 mph.
Tonight, partly cloudy skies will become overcast overnight. The low will be around 75 degrees, with WSW winds at 10 to 20 mph.
Sunday, scattered thunderstorms in the morning, then mainly cloudy skies in the afternoon with thunderstorms likely. The high will be around 80 degrees, with north winds at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain is 60%, with locally heavy rainfall possible.
