The qualifying results from the Miami Grand Prix have undergone a major late change after Isack Hadjar was disqualified.

It was announced early on Sunday morning, local time at the Miami International Autodrome, that the Red Bull driver had been disqualified after qualifying ninth, as his RB22’s floor was found to be protruding 2mm beyond the reference volume.

As a result, he has been dropped to the back of the grid, promoting all those behind him up a position. Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli starts from pole, but with rain forecast, anything can happen.

Hadjar’s team-mate, Max Verstappen, starts alongside Antonelli on the front row and has a strong chance of fighting for victory.
