TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A 19-year-old is behind bars after brandishing a gun in the St. Augustine parking garage on Florida State University’s campus early Saturday morning, according to arrest papers.
Tyler Farmer is charged with possessing a firearm on school property, unlawful carry, improper display of a firearm and grand theft of a firearm, court documents say.

Police say the camera’s footage shows Farmer “brandishing the gun in the presence of four other individuals” while “waving and pointing a loaded firearm at bystanders in a careless manner.”
After arriving at the parking garage, officers discovered a Glock 19 handgun that was stolen from Miller County in Farmer’s waistband.
He was arrested and bonded out of jail on Sunday, according to court documents. WCTV is working to obtain Farmer’s mugshot.
