An artisan French-Asian-inspired bakery cafe chain founded in South Korea is preparing to open its first Jacksonville standalone, brick-and-mortar restaurant.
Tous les Jours, located at 9810 Baymeadows Road, No. 6, in Baymeadows Village, plans a May 21 soft opening before its May 22 grand opening, franchise co-owner Stefani Go told the Times-Union via text. The soft opening will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while grand opening festivities will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Go said.
The popular bakery cafe chain introduced itself to Northeast Florida seven months ago — debuting in Jacksonville as one of the anchor restaurants in the food court at Lotte Plaza Market, 9355 Atlantic Blvd., which opened on Sept. 12, 2025.
Highly anticipated, Tous les Jours is known for its fresh breads, sandwiches, pastries, gourmet cakes and other desserts made from scratch daily.
Tous les Jours describes itself as a “neighborhood bakery” on the company’s website.
Its signature cloud cake — known for its light, fluffy texture — is offered in at least 15 flavors such as strawberry lychee, green tea, mocha, mango and Earl Grey, according to the website.
Tous les Jours also features French-Korean-inspired pastries — sweet and savory — such as Pain Au Chocolat, Yuzu Pie, Apple Jam Mont Blanc Pastry, Guava Danish, Almond Croissants, Spinach Feta Danish, Caramel Apple Pie and Garlic & Cheese Croissants.
Go said another customer favorite is the Cloud Cream Donut.
In addition to its sweet treats, the bakery cafe offers handcrafted beverages such as freshly roasted coffee and espresso, as well as teas, frappes and smoothies, the website shows.

Tous les Jours fans become franchise owners
Go and her husband, Andy Yang, are experienced restaurateurs and entrepreneurs. Tous les Jours is their newest Jacksonville franchise.
Yang is listed as the manager and registered agent for Bibimbox Korean Kitchen & Wings, including Kumo Kumo Dessert Cafe, which opened last October at 4463 Deerwood Lake Parkway near Tinseltown on the Southside, state records show.
“I’ve always been a big fan of TLJ since I was a kid — whenever my family and I would travel to a bigger city, we would always go to a Tous les Jours and we would get cake slices and donuts,” Go said of their inspiration to open the bakery cafe.
Go introduced Yang to the cafe bakery and he also became a fan as well, she said.
In 2024, the couple began searching for a location to open a Tous les Jours in Jacksonville.
“We have always wanted to bring this bakery to Jacksonville so everyone can have the same experience we loved!” she said.

The Baymeadows location was the right fit.
“We picked a space that was big enough to have a large dining/cafe space so that people can unwind and enjoy their coffee or matcha and pastries,” Go said.
Pronounced “too-lay-zhoor,” the bakery cafe chain dates back to 1996, and its first store was established in 1997 in Guri — near Seoul, South Korea.
Launched in the United States in 2004, Tous les Jours has more than 110 locations across the United States, and more than 1,740 worldwide, its website shows.

The new Jacksonville store will be the sixth in Florida — joining shops in Orlando, Tampa and Wesley Chapel, according to the company’s website.
Tous les Jours took over and renovated the roughly 4,360-square-foot space vacated by Panera Bread in the shopping center at Baymeadows Road and Southside Boulevard on the Southside. At Baymeadows Village, the bakery cafe will join established restaurants, including Bubbakoos Burritos, Metro Diner, Zen Dumpling, Domino’s Pizza and Sushi House, according to a shopping center real estate brochure.
Go said the regular hours for Tous les Jours will be 7 a.m to 9 p.m. daily.
