Cape Coral City Council approved a $222,914 Business Infrastructure Grant for Cape Coral Real Estate LLC, operating as Kari Mann Dental Studio, to help offset site development costs for a proposed 5,300-square-foot commercial building at 3201 Del Prado Blvd. S.
The $2.2 million project includes a new 3,100-square-foot dental office providing general and cosmetic dental services, along with about 2,200 square feet of leasable commercial space.
The expansion is expected to create four full-time jobs with an average wage of $45 per hour and generate a combined economic impact of $4.3 million.
The city’s BIG program is designed to encourage growth in high-value industries, including healthcare.
