TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Ground is officially broken for a 900-acre planned community in Tallahassee.
The TalisTrails site is located off Mahan Drive and situated northeast of the I-10 and US-90 interchange.

Work is already underway along Mahan on the main entryway. Construction on residences is set to begin next year in mid-2027.
The planned community will start with 250 homesites, with the goal of having 1,500 when TalisTrails is complete.
