EVERYONE AGES KINDERGARTEN TO ADULTS ARE INVITED NOW COSTS $35, AND ORGANIZERS ASK THAT YOU BRING A CHESS CLOCK IF YOU HAVE ONE, AND GET A HEAD START ON MOTHER’S DAY CELEBRATIONS WITH THE MOMMY AND ME MORNING TEA AT THE 10TH AVE STREET COMMUNITY CENTER. THAT’S ON SATURDAY FROM 930 TO 11:30 A.M. YOU CAN FOLLOW THAT UP WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SHOPPING AT THE MOTHER’S DAY MARKET AT MEMORIAL PARK, AND THAT’S FROM 10 A.M. TO 2 P.M. IF YOU LIVE IN NORTHERN PALM BEACH COUNTY, NOT TO WORRY, A MOTHER’S DAY MARKET IS HAPPENING THERE TOO. IT WILL BE ON MOTHER’S DAY SUNDAY AT HARBORSIDE PLACE IN JUPITER. THERE WILL BE A MIMOSA BAR. I’M SURE A LOT OF MOMS WILL ENJOY THAT. VARIOUS VENDORS AND FACE PAINTING FOR THE KIDS. YOU CAN EVEN MAKE A CUSTOM BOUQUET OUT OF FLOWER CART AND ROYAL PALM BEACH. CELEBRATE YOUR COMMUNITY WITH CULTURAL DIVERSITY DAY AT COMMONS PARK. IT’S HAPPENING SATURDAY FROM 1 P.M. TO SUNDOWN. THERE WILL BE LOCAL VENDORS, PERFORMANCES, INTERNATIONAL CUISINE. THAT SOUNDS YUMMY, AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS. AND SPEAKING OF YUMMY AT THE WEST PALM BEACH GREEN MARKET, IT’S THE FINALS FOR THE MASTER CHEF SHOWCASE. THE GREEN MARKET IN DOWNTOWN WEST PALM HIGHLIGHTS LOCAL CHEFS WITH THE COMPETITION CERTIFIED METEOROLOGIST. GLENN GLAZER WILL BE EMCEEING YOUR EVENT AND YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS THAT. HE’S ALWAYS VERY ACTIVE WITH THAT EVENT, AND IT’S ONE OF THE FINAL EVENTS OF THE GREEN MARKET. THE SEASON ENDS AT THE END OF THIS MONTH, SO WE’LL BE SAD TO SEE IT GO.
