CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WINK) — The Cape Coral Police Department is investigating an e-scooter crash that occurred in the parking lot of The Shops at Surfside in Cape Coral on Thursday.
CCPD said the two minors were riding an e-scooter intended for one rider.
Authorities said that none of the injuries were life-threatening.
