The National Weather Service in Miami said in a social media post that a frontal boundary is expected to bring numerous thunderstorms this afternoon into the evening hours. A few storms could become strong to severe, while heavy rain may lead to localized flooding across the east coast metro area.

Tonight, thunderstorms during the evening will give way to partly cloudy skies after midnight. The low will be around 78 degrees, with SSW winds at 5 to 10 mph.

Wednesday, a mix of sun and clouds early will become cloudier later in the day, with a stray shower or thunderstorm possible. The high will reach around 87 degrees, with SW winds at 10 to 15 mph.
