TAMPA, Fla. — A Weather Impact Alert will be in effect today from 2-6 p.m. as a cold front and associated area of low pressure bring the chance for scattered rain and storms that could impact the afternoon and evening commute.

Impact
Heavy downpours and gusty winds within storms could impact the afternoon commute from school and the evening commute from work. Isolated severe storms with gusty winds upwards of 60 mph are possible.
