TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a Missing Child Alert for a 2-month-old baby and a 17-year-old girl last seen in Crawfordville.

Noah Chester, a white male infant, has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a light green striped onesie.
Haylee Chester is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 lbs, and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has a nose piercing and Chinese symbols tattooed on her right forearm. The teen, who may also go by “Shyla” was last seen carrying a black backpack.
The FDLE said the children were last seen on Rehwinkel Road in Crawfordville and may be in the company of 40-year-old Justin Conley.
Justin Conley (FDLE)
Conley is a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 220 lbs., and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He has Chinese symbols tattooed on the right and left sides of his neck.
Conley and the two children may be traveling in a gray 2017 GMC Yukon with an Arkansas plate number of AVA22T. The car has a round sticker with white lettering in the center of the back windshield.
FDLE stressed to anyone who may see the children or Conley not to approach them and to immediately contact law enforcement.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Office at 850-745-7100.
