Orlando City midfielder Martín Ojeda and winger Marco Pašalić are the club’s highest-paid players in 2026, according to salary figures released Wednesday by the MLS Players Association.The MLSPA salary guide, which reflects player contracts as of April 16, lists Ojeda with a guaranteed compensation figure of $1.78 million and Pašalić at approximately $1.65 million. The figures include annualized base salary plus bonuses and other guaranteed compensation, according to the players association. Orlando City’s top earners remain well below Major League Soccer’s highest-paid players, according to the MLS Players Association salary release. By comparison, Inter Miami star Lionel Messi leads MLS with a reported guaranteed compensation figure exceeding $28 million, according to the players’ association.Los Angeles FC’s Son Heung-min earns around $11.2 million with Miami’s Rodrigo De Paul being paid $9.6 million.
