JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – There is a large Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office presence near Parrish Cemetery Road and Normandy Boulevard on the Westside, News4JAX crews observed.
At least five police cars and at least three or more detectives could be seen in the area. Two Crime Scene Unit vans are on scene as well.
