Part of 38th Avenue South near I-275 in St. Petersburg is shut down Thursday evening due to a nearby brush fire.
As of 6 p.m., traffic cameras show one lane closed on I-275 as emergency vehicles are on scene, although traffic is still moving through two lanes.
St. Pete police say 38th Avenue South is closed to traffic between 31st Street South and 34th Street South.
No further details on the fire were immediately available.
Police are urging drivers to avoid the area.
