A South Florida hip-hop artist has had another run-in with law enforcement. A South Florida hip-hop artist has had another run-in with law enforcement.
Kodak Black, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was arrested Thursday in Pompano Beach, according to Broward County Sheriff’s Office records.
