The Florida Highway Patrol is responding to a deadly crash on Okeechobee Road in Miami-Dade County on Friday morning.
The crash happened in the southbound lanes of U.S. 27 (Okeechobee Road) at North Krome Avenue, FHP said.
The victim’s name was not released. It was not immediately clear if other people were injured, or what may have caused the crash.
Video of the scene showed what appeared to be a truck impacting the rear of another truck.
All lanes were blocked as of 7:18 a.m., according to the Florida Department of Transportation’s traffic website.
