Aiden, Brody and Colin Aysun, triplet brothers, earned identical GPAs and were named co-valedictorians at Oviedo High School in Florida

The brothers, who share a love of running, often collaborated on schoolwork and pulled pranks by switching places in class

All three are set to attend MIT together to study mechanical engineering, computer science and aerospace engineering

These Florida triplets share so much more than just DNA!

Aiden, Brody and Colin Aysun were recently all named class valedictorians at Oviedo High School in Oviedo, Fl. Each brother received the same GPA as the others, and they are all set to attend Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) together in the fall.

The triplets told Fox35 that they’ve spent their entire lives growing up side-by-side and all share a love of running.

“Once we were out of labor, our parents painted our toenails to tell us apart. Because I mean, there’s no way to tell them apart,” said Aiden.

They even admitted to pulling a few pranks on their teachers over the years.

“We would have this bit more in middle school and elementary school, but on April Fool’s Day, we would all switch classes and then would like fool the teachers,” explained Aiden.

But for Brody, having his brothers by his side has helped him find new experiences a little less scary.

“Whenever we would go somewhere new or meet new people, I would always have these guys,” said Brody. “So when we go to our first day of school, and all the other kids are nervous, but just having these guys next to me is really comforting.”

Throughout the years, the brothers have often been in the same classes, which they say has been collaborative instead of competitive.

“I mean, it’s kind of nice,” said Colin. “We help with homework, or if we’re struggling. I have two people right here, always.”

“It’s not like we’re fighting each other. ‘Oh, I want to be better than Aiden or Brody.’ It’s more like I just want to compete for the sake of that,” said Brody. “We’re all trying to compete with each other, so I think that fosters a good dynamic. It’s more collaborative than competitive.”

“I guess we just study hard. We help each other out, and then we just try to learn the most because we take the same classes. If we get all A’s, we’ll have the same GPA,” explained Aiden.

Now, the triplets are set to attend the same college together in September. They’re interested in studying mechanical engineering, computer science and aerospace.

“Yeah, we’re all committed to MIT. We’re all committed,” they shared.

One brother even shared that he’d love to go into business with the other two. “I would really like to do a startup, maybe with these guys,” said Colin.

He went on to credit their parents for helping them achieve their dreams.

“They sacrificed so much for us,” said Colin. “We had the privilege of chasing our dreams. They exposed us to everything, to many clubs when were little and activities. So I really wanna thank my mom and dad for doing that.”
