JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — With the Ironman triathlon happening this weekend, drivers should plan on delays as roads in parts of Jacksonville and St. Johns County will have rolling closures.
As athletes are running and biking, roads will be closed, but will open momentarily thereafter.
