TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Waking up a little more humid this morning, it will hit you in the face as you head out the door this morning, especially if you had the A/C on last night.
Feeling like summer
If you plan to be outside doing yardwork today, the earlier the better because it is going to get very warm and humid this afternoon. High temperatures near 90.
A good pool day for sure as temperatures top out in the 90s this afternoon. An isolated to scattered downpour in the afternoon and evening.(WCTV)
After 4 p.m., scattered rain and thunderstorms will develop in the eastern Big Bend and East Georgia. The majority of the area will once again NOT see any rain. However, those that do will be met with heavy downpours, slow-moving storms, and gusty winds between 40 and 60 mph, with small hail possible in the strongest storms.

Return flow remains consistent over the area for the next week, keeping us warm and humid with occasional showers and storms.(WCTV)
Next week, we will continue the summer-like pattern with highs hovering slightly above average near 90. Muggy morning lows with temperatures near 70.

Rain coverage should slowly increase throughout the week as moisture slowly increases. The boundary could still help spark storms that leave other boundaries that the sea breeze could interact with, thus higher rain coverage on Thursday and Friday. Still warm in the upper 80s and lows 90s.
