Miami University students will soon see higher on-campus costs.The Board of Trustees has approved tuition and room and board increases for new students.The Oxford campus will see a two-percent tuition hike for new undergrads, while graduate students will pay three percent more. Students enrolling in one of Miami’s regional campuses will also see a three-percent tuition increase.In addition, students who live on Oxford’s campus will see a three-percent increase in room and board.The price hike is set to take effect in the fall of 2027 and will apply only to students enrolling at Miami for the first time.It comes after the university moved forward in February with a multi-million dollar plan to build a new multipurpose arena.
