May 18, 2026 – SOF Week 2026, supported by the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and the Global SOF Foundation, begins today in Tampa. The event, which runs until Thursday, brings military community members, government leaders and industry partners together. Tampa-based Grey Bull Rescue, which performs evacuation missions around the world, will have a presence at the conference. USSOCOM is headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa.
