WE BEGIN, AS ALWAYS WITH FIRST WARNING METEOROLOGIST ERIC BURRIS ARE THOSE LITTLE TINY SHOWERS ALL OVER THE PLACE? THERE COULD BE SOME THUNDERSTORMS TODAY. WE ARE ENTERING INTO OUR RAINY SEASON. HERE WE GO. THE HUMIDITY WILL ROCK YOU THIS MORNING LIKE IT’S THERE. IT’S REALLY THERE. AND THAT’S EVEN BRINGING SOME SHOWERS. SO LOOKING AT OUR FORECAST TODAY, COUPLE OF COASTAL SHOWERS, 10% COVERAGE OF RAIN THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS AND THEN INTO THE AFTERNOON. OUR WESTERN SPOTS BRING UP THAT 30% COVERAGE OF STORMS LATER ON AS TEMPERATURES PUSH INTO THE UPPER 80S. A LIVE LOOK OUTSIDE, BEGINNING TO SEE THAT FIRST LIGHT. YOU SEE THOSE CLOUDS OUT THERE? FIRST WARNING LIVE RADAR SHOWING SOME RAIN HERE INTO FLAGLER COUNTY. FLAGLER BEACH, RIGHT ALONG, RIGHT ALONG 100, KIND OF GRADUALLY WORKING OFF TO THE NORTH AND WEST, EVEN WATCHING A COUPLE OF SHOWERS HERE IN BREVARD COUNTY AND SOUTHERN VOLUSIA AROUND OAK HILL, EDGEWATER, TITUSVILLE, BUT ALL IN THE METRO, AT LEAST FOR NOW, IS NICE AND QUIET.
