JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Ironman competition in Jacksonville this past weekend drew a crowd.
A crowd of athletes. A crowd of spectators and crowds on the road.
That led to frustration among those who were, in their words, inconvenienced. And the fact is, the Ironman will be back in the River City in the future.
So the big question is, what were the lessons learned?
Chief Ellis Burns with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office joined us on The Morning Show to discuss things that might be done differently in the future to mitigate problems.
