TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man will serve five years in federal prison for transporting explicit images of children, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Charles Love, 56, pleaded guilty to transporting images and videos depicting child sex crimes in January.
According to court documents, Tallahassee police were given seven cyber tips by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Law enforcement obtained search warrants for Love’s file sharing account, home and office.

Following his five year prison term, Love will have to register has a sex offender and be on supervised release for 10 years, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. He was also ordered to pay $36,000 in restitution to the victims.
Court records show Love is still facing state charges including aggravated possession of child pornography.
